Jodie: Woe Is Me
Like Pete Burns, Jodie surprised us by being more likeable
than we thought she would be at first. Hmm, on second thoughts
The thing is, it very much appears that she's on some kind
of mission to gain sympathy, systematically telling everyone
about how hard her life has been.
Talking to Pete in the bedroom, the glamour girl told how
she'd been bullied at school and also called lots of names
by the tabloids as an adult, including slapper and minger.
Later, she had a pop at Jordan, just as she did upon entering
the house, claiming that her glamour model rival didn't do
as well at school as she did.
But come on, if someone's aspirations are to be better (at
getting her baps out?) than Jordan, it's a pretty sad state
And in saying that she'd published a list of all the insults
ever levelled at her, we couldn't help feeling that the troubled
26-year old might be heading for a dramatic Vanessa Feltz-style
BB breakdown... which would make for good TV at least!
Seriously, we don't condone bullying and we know that Jodie
was affected so much by it that she had surgery on her nose,
but it seems to be her only topic of conversation so far.
Having offloading her worries on Pete, she moved on to Michael
and then Traci, the former asking genuinely, "Why do
you feel the need to show another side of yourself?"
If she carries on like this we might have to get the violins
out... or alternatively, get the mobile phone out and vote
