The Morning After The Night Before
Actually, it was more like the afternoon after the
night before, as the housemates in both bedrooms had a long
lie-in today, not rising until around 1pm.
Reflecting on last night's events in the luxury bedroom,
Lisa tried to play it down and suggested, "It was just
something that got a little bit out of hand". Meanwhile,
Sylvia noted that there had been a similar situation on a
previous show and someone got removed from the Big Brother
House (Emma Greenwood, following BB5's 'Fight Night').
Mikey added, "It was quite threatening, everyone squaring
up to each other," and they all agreed that Rex had made
things worse. This was because Jen was getting more-and-more
upset despite the chef's efforts to apologise.
"What an experience to have, just the day before you
get evicted," said Mo a little while later, but some
of the b-block bunch (the lot from basic bedroom) weren't
so calm over the matter.
Dale, Jen and Luke discussed the consequences of last night's
big barnie and thought that Darnell, Mohamed and Rex should
all get the boot.
"I don't think Big Brother will be like, 'Okay, don't
do it again'," said Luke, adding, "Think of the
public; think of the outcry".
The trio agreed that things spiralled out-of control during
the bust-up, but Luke claimed that Dennis spitting at Mohamed
had defused the situation and prevented physical violence.
"In real life, if it had happened on the street, there
would have been a punch-up," said Jennifer.
Indeed, so Mo did well to walk away and leave it last night,
despite the fact that Darnell was very vocal in his defence
and arguably wound things up. As did Rebecca in defence of
Jen; the reason Dennis spat in the first place.
