Latest 'Party' Task Is Non-stop Endurance Test
Big Bro's latest shopping budget task will see the group
celebrating the omnipresent one's Birthday. However, as always
with Big Brother, there's a sting in the tail.
The first Big Brother series in the UK began as a social
experiment in mid-July of 2000, so the all-seeing entity has
decided to celebrate its 8th birthday this week. Whatsmore,
five lucky housemates will get an invite to a special party
thrown by the pre-teen Power. Well, we say lucky...
If all goes to plan, those five ravers – chosen by
the group – will party the night away on Tuesday night,
indulging in lots of dancing, drinking, eating and playing
Their six peers, meanwhile, must entertain them, having trained
on Monday and Tuesday to become jugglers, clowns and magicians
The thing is, the party isn't what it seems; it's really
some kind-of endurance test whereby the five guests are not
be allowed to leave until Big Bro says so. Weird!
Whatsmore, the guests will be made to 'party on down' long
after their performing peers have clocked-off for the night,
so effectively it'll be down to the fagged five to stick it
out in-order to pass the task.
So, the housemates who get to party will have drawn the short
straw really, especially if they eat and drink way too much
before they realise BB's ruse.
We know that Tracey is a party animal and is well up to the
task, but let's just hope her peers also have the stamina
Pass the Red Bull someone!
