Repellent horse racing pundit John McCririck has been tipped
as a likely contestant on the forthcoming Big Brother All-Stars
The series, which begins the same day that Big Brother 11
ends, will see former housemates from over the years return
to the House to compete with a few celebrities and the BB11
McCririck was a contestant on Celebrity Big Brother 3 back
in 2005, and made a mark with his outrageous behaviour, which
saw fans accusing him of being rude, arrogant, outspoken,
chauvinistic, sexist and lazy.
During his time in the House, the sideburn-wearing betting
expert was also known for his antisocial behaviour, often
seen picking his nose, farting and making cutting comments.
He also showed a petulant side by throwing a massive wobbler
and refusing to speak to anyone for several days after Big
Bro took his Diet Coke away.
In short, he'll make a great contestant if fans want someone
who'll cause a stir. And we're fairly sure that they do!
Other names hotly tipped for the upcoming series (which should
probably be called Minor Celebrity Big Brother) include Chantelle
and Preston, who met one another during Celebrity Big Brother
4 in 2006, when he was a singer and she was a member of the
At the start of the series it was Chantelle's job to convince
her peers that she was famous, something she succeeded in
doing. Going-on to win, Chantelle also managed to win the
heart of the Ordinary Boys frontman, and the pair subsequently
got married that summer. However, they split-up less than
a year later.
