Sam's Not So Bad

Sam Pepper Doesn't Seem That Bad

Before he arrived as the twenty-first housemate five days ago, anyone would have thought that Sam Pepper was the devil incarnate, the way the housemates talked about him.

For it seems that he managed to rile pretty-much everyone he met at the Big Brother 11 auditions, with his honest comments, annoying behaviour and geeky voice.

However, the other ten housemates seem to have taken-to the young graffiti artist.

Admittedly, he wound Josie up by quizzing her about her 'slowmance' with John James almost straight away, and initially Andrew wasn't happy because another newbie had turned-up, but the group seems to be treating Sam quite well now, all things considered.

Fans don't mind the 21-year-old Kent lad either. Indeed, he's their 4th-Favourite housemate according to our 'Week 8 Fave' Poll, and is ahead of Dave, Mario, Andrew, Joe John, Rachel and Steve, the latter being the least popular contestant at this stage of the game.

Actually, although John James, Corin and Josie are way out in front of the Poll, Sam is some way ahead of the six housemates mentioned above, which is quite an achievement for someone who came into the game so close to the end of the series.

Bookies see him as a popular housemate too. Online bookmaker Paddy Power currently has Sam as the 6th-Favourite to win at odds of 16/1. So, a £10 bet would make you £160 profit plus your stake back if it came right, and you can get yourself a Free £20 Bet from Paddy Power too. For more info, click here.

If, however, you think that one of the other housemates is more likely to win, you can currently get odds of 10/11 on Corin, 3/1 on John James, 5/1 on Josie, 12/1 on Steve and 14/1 on Andrew. A £10 stake on any of those would make you £9, £30, £50, £120 or £140 profit respectively.

Clearly, you'd need to stake a lot more cash on Corin to make a decent profit, but it still makes things more interesting even if you only stand to win a small amount. Plus, if you just pop ten 'quid on her (or any of the others), Paddy Power will give new customers a Free Bet worth £20, which can staked on the same person, or any other.
