Andrew Stone arrived in the Big Brother House today to help
coach the housemates for a 'Glee' style singing task, but
he was soon talking about his own fame and success.
The thing is, we have genuinely never heard of the man who
appears to be a well-spoken rehash of former Steps member
and CBB contestant Ian 'H' Watkins.
The dance teacher and singer apparently found fame on the
2010 'Pineapple Dance Studios' reality TV show, but while
we know who mega-camp choreographer Louie Spence is from the
same series, we would never have recognised bleached-blonde
Admittedly, we haven't ever watched the SKY TV show, but
still, it all seemed a bit much when Andrew was waffling-on
today about how it's the first time someone from 'off the
telly' has stayed with the Big Brother housemates overnight,
before going-on to say that he doesn't watch BB religiously
because he's too busy.
"I'm so exhausted. I'm around people all the time; I'm
socialising or I'm on the phone doing business," bragged
the 28-year-old, before admitting that he's quite an isolated
character and saying: "Fame can be quite lonely, but
it's very rewarding in other ways".
When Rachel asked him if he always wanted to be famous, Andrew
replied: "I'm not fame-hungry, I'm more success-hungry".
Er, what success? Anyone can appear on a reality TV show,
and Andrew's band 'Starman' haven't got anywhere yet.
He seems like a nice enough guy and his energy is quite refreshing,
but every time we come across a quote from Andrew online,
he's either bigging himself up, talking about his fame or
suggesting that he is show business.
It's all a bit much, dahhling!
