Is Marcus Angling For Some Freebies?
Marcus declared that he's happy tonight, but he'd be a lot
happier if he was given a free Beemer! Indeed, the wannabe
Wolverine definitely seems to be hinting for some kind-of
sponsorship or freebie deals lately.
He told Big Brother recently that he wanted a BMW car as
a special prize, and it should have just been a throwaway
joke for that day, but he has mentioned the dream vehicle
several times since. And it got mentioned again tonight.
Approaching 2am, the Londoner was chatting to Rodrigo in
the garden and claimed that he's really happy, having received
a message from home and heard some of his favourite songs.
"This is definitely the happiest I've been in the House
so far," declared the 35-year-old, before adding, "Just
imagine how happy I'd be if I had my German sports car!"
Of course, he could be sending a message out to fans to say:
'Come on guys, make me happy and let me win the £100k'.
If so, at least he's not coming-out with the old chestnut
of claiming that he'll do something worthy or profound with
the prize money, something Charlie has been accused of.
However, the window fitter went-on to joke about his 'favourite
mobile phone company', hinting that he might get a free mobile.
So, it's clear that although he says it jokingly, Marcus seems
to think that if he mentions these companies, they might actually
have some goodies lined-up for him when he gets out-of the
Big Brother House.
PersonallyMe (to use a Sreeism), we think that's highly unlikely,
but for the record and just in case, we would like to point
out that we really love the new Golf GTI and think the MINI
John Cooper Works is a fantastic car too.
Oh, and we swear by Fender Custom Shops guitars... er, and
Gibson ones. And we only ever wear Breitling or Omega or Rolex
watches. And we exclusively use Sony laptops. Or Dell. Or
Acer. Or Lenovo.
What do you mean, we're being a bit broad with our hinting?
