3rd Weekly Task: Bell Ringing
The group have today been set their 3rd Weekly Task which
will test memory, co-ordination and rhythm: bell ringing.
For this week's task they'll have to learn a piece of music
by numbers, but won't be able to actually hear what they're
playing because the school-style bells provided for practice
have been muted.
The mystery tune, thought to be Three Blind Mice or Frère
Jacques by Jon, is made up of 94 numbers and the housemates
have been given 40 to learn today, will get 40 tomorrow and
the final 14 will come on Tuesday.
A test will take place on Wednesday with live bells, but
each housemate can practice using only their two allocated
bells, and everyone must take part.
Having failed the last two tasks, it would seem sensible
that they might have bet the minimum 50% of their shopping
budget on passing this one. However, after much debate and
confusion, they plumped to wager 65% in the end.
This means that if they fail again, they'll have just 52p
per person, per day, for shopping next week. Blimey, you could
probably find more than that down the back of your sofa!
He hasn't owned-up to his last error yet, but the question
on everyone's lips, both inside and outside the house, has
to be: <predicable pun alert> will Fed drop a CLANGER
and mess-up the task again, or will it be a RESOUNDING success?
Stick around here to find out.
