Lisa Challenges Rex Over Rudeness

Finally, somebody has challenged Rex over his continual rudeness; that somebody was Lisa.

The pair clashed this morning when Rex made a snide remark about Lisa's cooking skills, and the feisty sales rep snapped and challenged the obnoxious chef.

"You're sarcastic all the time but you don't like it when people are funny with you," spat the oldest housemate, before adding, "I won't put up with it any more".

Lisa then told Rex to shut up, but as usual he had to have the last word, even though some of the stunned group had tried to move the conversation on. Unable to leave it, 24-year-old Rex sarcastically answered: "Someone woke-up on the wrong side of bed this morning".

Bringing Mario into it, Lisa suggested that Rex wouldn't have picked on her when he was around, before accusing the habitual show-off of ignoring and also being jealous of her musclebound boyfriend. "Please... please," said a mocking Rex in response.

Talking about her little spat afterwards, Lisa told Dale and Darnell that Rex started with the little digs as soon as Mario had left, adding, "Someone, at some point, has to put Rex in his place and no-one has done it yet".

Luke tried to make light of the situation, but Lisa insisted that it wasn't funny. Mikey completely sympathised with what she had said, and although she didn't completely fly off the handle earlier, Lisa was clearly still angry, saying, "He gets away with it. He thinks he can speak to people the way he wants".

The fitness fan went-on to suggest that no-one challenges Rex because they're worried about singling themselves out for nominations. Meanwhile, out in the garden, fence-sitter Kat was sucking-up to Rex and although Lisa vowed not to speak to him again, she couldn't resist when he came back inside.

So, she resumed her rant by mentioning Rex's comments about religion, however the loaded Londoner said nothing in response this time...

Perhaps he had finally met his match?
