Seventh Nominations In Detail
The seventh round of nominations took place yesterday and
everyone got to vote, after the eight Housemates from Hell
sorted 14,500 sprinkles into their different colours.
Third Head of House Stuart couldn't be nominated this week,
and here's who nominated who:
Dale - Mohamed & Darnell
Dale's reasons were not made public.
Darnell - Dale & Luke
About first nominee Dale, the songwriter said, "I think
he's the worst piece of trash in the House. We've definitely
fallen out... he avoids me, he talks past me unless he's starting
an argument, he's been miserable all week and doesn't appreciate
the singing, so I guess I'll be doing him a favour if he goes
home". Darnell said that second nominee Luke wasn't funny
and dubbed him a 'miserable b*stard', having no sympathy for
the fact that his younger peer hasn't really built other friendships
to fall back on now that Bex has gone.
Kathreya - Luke & Lisa
Kat's reasons were not made public.
Lisa - Rex & Dale
Lisa dubbed first nominee Rex a sarcastic and annoying 'wind-up
merchant' and nominated him because she doesn't appreciate
his niggling little comments all the time. She nominated Dale
next, saying, "He is becoming more within himself, more
moodier and more difficult to live with. He says he doesn't
want to be here and it shows in his erratic behaviour".
Luke - Kathreya & Rachel
Luke nominated Kathreya first, saying, "The woman is
an absolute Drama Queen". He went on to rant about how
everything Kat does is gimmicky and staged, that she's false
and her singing is irritating. His second choice was Rachel,
who Luke dubbed irritating, patronising, obnoxious and a liar,
before having a rant about all the 'Happy House' stuff.
Maysoon - Dale & Rex
May's reasons were not made public.
Mikey - Dale & Rex
About first nominee Dale, Mikey noted that he claimed he would
stab everyone in the back to win the prize money in his entrance
VT, which was seen by the Heavenly Housemates as a treat.
The blind radio producer then went into a rant about Dale,
saying, "He's a total to**er. He gets browned off when
he sees other people doing well". His second nominee
was Rex, who Mikey dubbed offensive, obnoxious, self-important
and obsessed with alcohol. Although they have got on well
together in Heaven, Mikey said, "If he doesn't want to
be here, he knows where the door is," in reference to
Rex regularly moaning about being bored and claiming that
he wants to leave.
Mohamed - Dale & Luke
Mo's reasons were not made public.
Rachel - Luke & Lisa
Rachel's reasons were not made public.
Rex - Dale & Luke
Akin with Mikey, Rex nominated Dale due to his entrance VT,
saying, "He came across as the exact kind of person that
I don't like... cocky and horrible". Rex was particularly
unimpressed by Dale's sexist comments about 'nailing' females
and the fact that the trainee teacher has apparently lied
to his peers about liking kids. Also, that he has turned his
back on Darnell and Mo. Rex nominated Luke next because he
doesn't participate enough or help people, and also because
his personality has withered since Bex left.
Sara - Mohamed & Rachel
Sara's first nominee was Mohamed because although he's a nice
guy, he is also irritating. Sara also noted that Mo is greedy
and takes more than his fair share of food, even though he
doesn't need it i.e. he's carrying plenty of fat on his body.
"It's just not fair; everyone else needs to eat aswell,"
added the PA. Her second nominee was Rachel because although
she's sweet, she's possibly a bit too sweet and borders on
Stuart - Darnell & Maysoon
Stu's reasons were not made public.
So, it seems that former Head of House Dale's efforts to
get himself nominated were successful, as it's the first time
that he received any nominations and he got a substantial
six votes. That said, Big Brother undoubtedly provoked some
nominations by allowing Mikey, Mohamed, Rex and Stuart to
see all the other housemates' entrance videos.
Anyway, the tally after the seventh round of nominations
was: Dale: 6, Luke: 5, Rex: 3, Darnell, Lisa, Mohamed and
Rachel: 2 each, Kat and Maysoon: 1 each.
As a result, there are two nominees this week – Dale
and Luke – however they aren't the only ones facing
eviction on Friday, as Big Bro punished a whole load of other
housemates and consequently a whopping nine people
are up this week. See here.
