Darnell's Feeling The Pressure
It seems that the remaining housemates are slowly going 'stir
crazy', having all (apart from Sara) been incarcerated and
shut-off from the outside world for a gruelling ten weeks
now. Some are certainly feeling sorry for themselves...
Last week, Mohamed effectively claimed that he was cracking-up,
telling Kat that he was feeling paranoid and confused. At
the time, what with Mo having said that he wants to go home,
it looked like a bid for sympathy and attention.
Today, Darnell was feeling down, telling Big Bruv that life
in the Big Brother House is no beach party, and adding, "I'm
freakin' stressed out. I need to breathe. The walls are closing
Bl**dy drama queen!
The 26-year-old songwriter then claimed that he came into
the House as warm-hearted, nice, caring person, but will be
leaving an old, miserable, jerk. "What have I become?"
he rhetorically asked the omnipresent one.
The thing is, while Darnell might whinge that he has changed
and lost confidence, to us he's been insecure and paranoid
right from Day 1. His rant today about how no women on the
outside will fancy him was typical Darnell, and his 'woe is
me' act is getting a bit predictable and tiresome now.
After all, many a reasonable-looking guy has failed to find
themselves a soul-mate, so the fact that Darnell doesn't have
a partner can't be blamed on the fact that he's an albino.
Granted, things probably aren't easy when you look so distinctive,
but the former bad boy should concentrate more on the fact
that he's always moaning about how bad life is.
Try a little positive thinking Darnell, it can works wonders
mate. In the meantime, here at BBO we're not buying into the
sob story and can see less and less reasons for him to win.
