Rex Joins Steph In LazyTown

It seems that 'lazyitus' (as my Dad used to call it when I was a kid) is infectious!

For yesterday it was Steph who defied Big Brother's wake-up alarm, the kind-of thing the adults might do in kids' TV show LazyTown. Today, however, the bone-idle blonde has been joined by Rex in the bury-my-head-and-hope-it'll-go-away stakes.

And it's amazing that there wasn't some kind-of fracas, given that the pair managed to string-out their snoozing for a full hour-and-a-quarter, the beeping continuing for the entire duration.

When it finally stopped, Rex had the cheek to joke: "We should go back to sleep again". "That'd be so f*****g funny", replied Steph, so the pair tried to get even more shut-eye. But of course, Big Bro played the annoying alarm sound again, and just for the record, the rest of the group weren't exactly splitting their sides Steph!

Rex said of the intermittent beeping noise, "I can sleep through this no problem. It's like an ocean breeze to me," which gave us an idea...

How about BB installs huge buckets of water over their beds and empties them if the housemates don't get up quick enough?

Wat-er you think of that? (groan!)
