Alex Speaks-up At Wedding... Marriage Goes Ahead
The controversial Big Brother (fake) wedding finally went
ahead this afternoon, despite Alexandra's best efforts to
scupper the proceedings. The b*tch!
With everyone dressed-up in their posh togs and Stephanie
wearing a white wedding gown, the ceremony got going at around
2.30pm and featured an unusual choice of hymn: 'My Heart Will
Go On' by Celine Dion.
But when it came to the bit where the minister asked if anyone
knew of any lawful impediment against the marriage going ahead,
Alex piped-up, "I think we all know how I feel. I contest".
WHO would ever say anything at that point for God's sake?
It's not blinkin' Four Weddings and a Funeral love!
The minister wasn't having any of it though, for having listened
to the 23-year-old's rant about it being a total sham, he
simply replied, "I appreciate your concerns, however
that it not a lawful impediment to this marriage". Nice
So, after a brief delay the nuptials went ahead, with Mario
stumbling over his words as-if it were a real wedding.
Rings were exchanged and after pecking his bride on the cheek
at the end of the ceremony, Mario voiced his appreciation
for everyone turning-up and making an effort to dress up.
He then thanked the bridesmaids, his Best Man Michael and
BB for the Stag and Hen do's.
So, Miss Stephanie McMichael and Mr Shaun Astbury (Mario's
real name) are now hitched... but only in TV Land folks!
