Eighth Round Nominees Announced

Dear BB Fans, it seems that your prayers have been answered, because following the eighth round of nominations, the nominees this week are:

Charley and Tracey. Yipeeeeeeeeee!

Fans will doubtless be performing cartwheels around the room at the news that Charley is finally up, and whatsmore, she won't be coming back if evicted and can't be saved by Big Brother this time.

We're almost wasting our time here, but let's first take a look at whether Tracey should be a contender for eviction:

The confirmed raver came-in to the House looking like quite a character, but she actually turned-out to be too grumpy, guarded and dismissive to endear herself to fans. We know little about the Cambridgeshire cleaner and we've heard nothing of her views about unnecessary mess, laziness and people who kill the planet.

Also, as Gerry pointed-out recently, Tracey's 'Deal with it' catchphrase basically means 'Shut up!', and you wouldn't even expect a teenager to say that as much as she does!

Lastly, Tracey has deliberately aligned herself to national hate figure Charley, which was never going to be a good move, but it's pretty-much irrelevant now that she's up against her best bud.

We don't even need to list Charley's bad points, as frankly, it would be easier to list her good ones... except that we can't think of any. We say that because every time Charley shows signs of having fun or being humble, she ruins it five minutes later by kicking-off, 'bigging herself up' or bitching about someone.

So, despite the fact that there has (arguably) been a lot of jiggery-pokery by Big Bruv in aid of keeping Charley in the game, she will definitely get her chips this Friday in the public vote. And then some.

On that note, even if you haven't voted for years, this is the week to pick up the phone and register a vote or two. For, if Charley gets over 91.6% in the public vote, she will inherit the crown of 'Most Hated Housemate EVER' from BB7's Sezer Yurtseven, which would not only be very fitting, but would hopefully bring her down a peg or two.

Who stays, who goes? YOU decide!

The 6th Eviction of Big Brother 8 will take place on Friday the 27th of July and the voting lines are now open. The voting telephone numbers can be found in another article from Week 8 of our Latest News section.

Don't forget to go and vote in our Poll relating to the 6th Eviction, which is just for fun and can be found in the right-hand margin of our Home page. Also, why not come and discuss the possible outcome of this eviction with other fans in our highly-moderated Discussion Forum?

Lastly, if you'd like to have a gamble on the possible outcome of this week's eviction, Paddy Power is taking bets on the percentage that Charley might get. To check-out the latest odds and get yourself a Free Bet of up to £25, just click here and sign-up. It's quick and easy to place a bet.
