Who Goes To The Party? THEY Decide!
This afternoon, the housemates were told about the latest
'Party' task, but there were inevitable arguments over who
was going to do what...
With everyone gathered on the sofas at Big Bro's request,
the doorbell rang to signify that some post had arrived. This
prompted the group to speculate that five new housemates were
about to turn-up, however they were wrong.
Rather, it was the instructions for the latest shopping budget
task, which as we detailed before, is all about celebrating
Big Bro's 8th Birthday.
It was soon established that five 'very special guests' would
receive invites to the party, and the other six housemates
would become entertainers. However, most of them wanted to
be in the former group when asked.
Carole said she'd like to go, Charley and Tracey both had
their hands up, and Nicky insisted, "I didn't have much
on my birthday".
But after BB banned them from choosing randomly, it all got
a bit heated when Charley opened her gob, and it got rather
silly when the would-be IT girl claimed that she had a fear
of clowns and so couldn't be one!
The 22-year-old stormed-off into the garden refusing to play
ball and suggested that they'd already failed because of it.
However, while she was gone Charley's peers gave her the job
as one of the clowns regardless.
Carole later stated that Charley – who played Kylie
in the recent task – always begrudges anyone else doing
anything and so didn't deserve to be a guest.
So, after some deliberation, it was decided that the guests
would be Amanda, Gerry, Nicky, Sam and Ziggy, and the entertainers
Clown 1 - Charley
Clown 2 - Tracey
Magician - Liam
Magician's Assistant - Chanelle
Musician - Brian
Party Artist - Carole
So, despite the fact that Charley's scowling face is the
last thing you'd normally associate with clowns, it looks
like the group could be in for a fun time when the party starts
on Tuesday afternoon/ evening. Or will they...?
Because, as mentioned in our recent article, the party will
be less like a 'treat' and more like 'torture' for the guests,
as unbeknown to them, they must carry on partying until Big
Brother tells them to stop. And if that means non-stop drinking
and dancing for 12 hours solid, so be it!
Chanelle hit the nail on the head when they were choosing
the guests, by saying, "What if it's the most horrible
Tsk. The soon-to-be eight year old 'Birthday being' wouldn't
pull a stunt like that, would it? Ahem!
