So, How Long IS A Piece Of String?

Amanda, Brian and Carole were first to be punished for something they didn't do today, and the housemates next on Big Bro's naughty list were Chanelle, Charley and Gerry.

Having been sent to the chequered lobby to receive their punishment, the trio found three balls of string, a little 3cm-long ruler and a blackboard for recording their results.

'Results of what?' you may be thinking.

Well, they had to literally tell Big Brother how long a piece of string is... three, very long pieces of string in fact, all coiled-up into balls!

"This is ridiculous. We're gonna' be at this all day," moaned motormouth Charley as she accepted blackboard duties, while Gezza held, and Chanelle cut the thin cord.
