Sam And Amanda Get The Gig

Following all the interviews earlier today, Gerry and Seany have now decided on a couple of people to join them in giving nominations this week. They are: Amanda and Sam, the Twins.

Having discussed the issue in the Board Room during the interviews, Gerry said that he liked Mandy's innocence and thought the best person for the job would be someone who doesn't have a gameplan.

Seany was wary of putting the Twins in that position, which forced Gerry to ponder whether the 18-year-old sisters could handle the pressure.

However, the new boys remembered that the Twins have to nominate as part of the game, and agreed that if they can take the heat, they've got the gig.

Upon revealing the news to the assembled group tonight, Gerry built-up some suspense in true Davina stylie, before announcing Amanda's name first. Everyone clapped and the ditsy student gave Gerry a big hug.

Seany revealed their pair's second choice by saying, "The second person that we have chosen will be... Sam".

Some of the group seemed surprised, Laura didn't look at all pleased and Charley appeared to be putting a brave face on it, even saying that she thought it was the correct decision.

In explaining their decision, Gerry said that they went for 'someone who does not, for sure, have a gameplan'.

This means that Gerry, Seany, Amanda and Sam will be the only four housemates to nominate this week; the other eight will have to wait until the next round.
