Tenth Round Nominees Announced
Last week there were no nominations as the Enlightenment/
Guru Task decided who was 'up' and ultimately who was evicted.
Yesterday, however, saw a normal round of nominations and
the result after the Tenth Round is that the following three
housemates are up this week:
Jonty, Kara-Louise and Tracey.
So, control freak and public enemy No.1 Carole has managed
to survive until the final week of the game, as there are
no more rounds of nominations to come. The series ends a week
on Friday, after all.
Looking at the nominees, Jonty is the least disliked according
to the Polls, and we have to admit that fans seem to have
warmed to him a bit now, with many accepting that he's harmless
really. Indeed, the 36-year-old isn't coming across as weird
as he was initially, partly because he's playing with his
toys less now.
So, because there's a double eviction this week, the museum
assistant should be safe and the other two should go. But
let's not be hasty...
We're just thinking that none of the nominees are real hate
figures, so perhaps less fans will be inspired to pick-up
the phone and vote, thus making the outcome less predictable?
That said, we feel that Kara will definitely go; it just
remains to be seen whether Tracey has become more popular
over the past week, enough to survive over Jonty? (very doubtful).
We say that because some pundits are tipping the raver for
3rd place now, but we simply don't see it; although she's
been a bit more upbeat lately, we can't see how Trace' could
possibly beat Samanda, Brian or Liam, the likely Top 3 at
this stage of the game (not necessarily in that order).
No, unless the Polls have gone haywire this week, Friday
should see Kara and Tracey evicted with around 40% of the
vote each; Tracey perhaps gaining a bit less and Kara getting
a bit more? We shall see.
Who stays, who goes? YOU decide!
The 11th and 12th Evictions of Big Brother 8 will take place
