Big Bro Drums It Into Them

Big Brother has punished the housemates this week and consequently declared certain areas of the House out-of-bounds. Today, the all-hearing entity re-iterated that the drumkit is also off-limits; that's the barbecue to you and me!

Pete started the drumming craze in the House soon after he arrived, but several other housemates have caught the bug over the past few weeks. Notably Michael, who was dubbed Pete's 'clone' by Nikki.

This afternoon as Mikey bashed-out a rhythm on the barbie, he was duly called into the Diary Room and pulled-up for tampering with the fixtures and fittings. Ah, that old chestnut!

However, Aisleyne didn't take heed of the Scouser's telling-off, and was soon hauled over the coals for her own barbie-bashing antics.

"I can't believe we can't play," said the gutted promo girl, bemoaning the fact that they'd have nothing to dance-to if they couldn't get a tune going on the makeshift kit.

But an ever-resourceful Pete soon found something else to bash... the 24-year-old took his spatula-shaped sticks to the garden table instead.

Actually, Pete is so good at creating rhythms and improvising with ordinary objects that we could see him joining STOMP in the West End when he gets out, especially as he's such a great character to boot.
