Chantelle Fails To Dupe German Housemates

CBB4 Winner Chantelle Houghton has spectacularly failed to dupe the German Big Brother housemates into believing that she's a real celebrity.

Inspired by Chantelle's success at pulling the wool over the eyes of her peers during Celebrity Big Brother last month, Endemol producers decided to up-the-ante.

Yes, they thought it would be a good idea if Chantelle – affectionately known as Paris Travelodge to her friends for being a budget version of a certain blonde heiress and socialite – arrived on Big Brother Das Dorf (The Village) purporting to be the real Paris Hilton.

The only thing is, the dizzy former promotions girl introduced herself by saying, "Hi, I'm Chantelle". Doh!

Actually, we don't know if that's 100% true, but Chantelle remained a part of the group for a few days nonetheless, although some contestants apparently thought it pointless that someone who only speaks English was brought in.

Oh well, even if The Humourless Ones didn't exactly love Chantelle, the blonde babe has at least one fan in Paris Hilton herself, who apparently said of Chantelle recently, "I love her; she's hot and sexy".

Lookalike Chantelle should be chuffed with that comment, except it's a bit of a back-handed compliment, especially as Paris added, "We have a lot in common looks-wise".

Basically, she's reminding us just how gorgeous she is!

The German Big Brother producers are probably rather happy with Chantelle's visit overall, especially as her participation would have cost considerably less than the $5 Million fee demanded by Ms. Hilton.
