Chatting to Josie tonight (who else?), John effectively said
that he wouldn't change his personality just to win Big Brother.
Having stated that he isn't rude or arrogant but can see
why people think he's the latter due to his competitive nature,
the 24-year-old talked about tasks, noting that he usually
tries harder than everyone else and is determined to win.
John recently made a comment hinting that he spurs himself
on in tasks by thinking of his late Dad, but presumably today's
statement referred to physical tasks, because the
one where he only had to sit on chair for a day saw him quitting
after just a few hours.
"One thing I'm not gonna' try my hardest to do, is win
Big Brother," said the Australian, elaborating on his
statement by saying that he would rather be true to himself
than contrive to win the show by adopting a different personality.
He then suggested that some people play the game or deliberately
fly under the radar (arguably meaning Mario/ Corin), before
saying of his own chances of winning: "If I was going
to win Big Brother, I would have had to totally fake the person
that I am, and that was never an option for me".
John doesn't think that he'll win, instead believing that
Josie is a more likely winner.
