During some late-night speculation about the possibility
of there being a double eviction soon, Dave, JJ and John James
discussed who'll go furthest in the game.
Dave thought that John, Josie and Steve would be the last
three contestants, with a couple of others vying for the other
two places at the Finale (assuming there'll be five people
remaining on the last day of the series).
JJ suggested that the others could include Andrew, Corin,
Dave or Mario, but Dave said that JJ might be in the running
himself. "Nah," said the boxing barman in response.
John thought that Corin would likely be at the Finale, and
Dave stated that latecomer Sam – who joined the game
at the end of Week 7 – might even make it.
Going back to Corin, Week 6 latecomer JJ said that the housemates
don't know how popular the 29-year-old is because her popularity
hasn't been tested, before stating that he can see Josie winning
Big Brother 11 by a huge margin, perhaps with 70% of the vote.
John agreed, saying that the blonde Bristolian doesn't realise
how popular she is, before asking Dave for his opinion of
Josie's chances in the game.
The religious man initially swerved the question, saying
that he hasn't watched enough Big Brother to know what's likely
to happen. However, he then conceded: "I would say she's
obviously massively up there with the favourites," citing
her personality as the reason fans will like her.
John reckoned that Steve stands a good chance of coming second
overall, but that seems increasingly unlikely to us. Indeed,
the ex-army man possibly won't even get to the Final Four.
Josie, on the other hand, has recently shortened in the
betting and is now being offered by online bookie Paddy Power
at odds of 9/4.
A £10 Bet on Josie to win at those odds would make
you around £23 profit if the bet came right (plus your
stake back), but new customers would also get themselves a
Free £20 Bet, which could also be staked on Josie to
win an additional profit of £45.
