Nominees For The 6th Eviction Confirmed

The seventh round of nominations took place yesterday, and after Dave was automatically put 'up' as a punishment, the nominees were Ben, Dave, John James and Steve.

The four lads competed in a 'Battle of the Brides' wedding-themed Save & Replace task this afternoon, something which involved big Steve wearing a lacy, white dress!

But the bouquet-throwing procedure dragged on-and-on, with Ben putting-in a lacklustre effort, Dave seemingly failing deliberately, and John eventually losing to Steve. And because Steve was the victor, he was given the opportunity to choose someone else to face eviction in his place.

However, having previously said that he would choose Josie, someone he voted-for at the seventh round of nominations on Monday afternoon, he actually picked Andrew, apologising as he did-so.

Graciously, the 19-year-old geek hugged the oldest housemate and almost thanked him, which was just another example of the kowtowing that Steve – who isn't exactly popular with fans – seems to command from the group.

Anyway, Andrew, Ben, Dave and John James will face the public vote this week, and in our recent 'Who do you want out next?' Poll, Ben got the highest percentage of the four, followed by Dave. That said, both Ben and John James have a bigger following than Andrew and Dave, so if the former pair's fans register plenty of votes against the other contenders in a bid to try and save their fave (remember, it's vote to evict), Andrew or Dave could be in trouble.

Who goes? YOU decide!

The voting telephone lines will open on Wednesday evening and we'll detail the numbers in our Nominations section when they do. In the meantime, you can vote in our Sixth Eviction Poll, which you'll find in our Big Brother Polls section.
