With Becki's eviction not long gone, Ahmed visited the diary
room for a frank chat with Big Brother about the way he was
When the all-seeing power asked how Becki's eviction had affected
him, the Somalian property developer explained that he wasn't
happy because he counted her as a friend.
"It was very hard that we were both on the sinking ship,"
said the oldest housemate, before confiding that he felt as
though the other housemates actually dislike him more than
they did Becki.
Later, it was Nadia who expressed her sadness at Becki's ejection,
when Victor asked how she was feeling in a somewhat uncharacteristically
"I got on with Becki," she explained, confirming
that she was missing her busty pal already.
However, as soon as Nadia had left the room, Vic and Jay began
to groom Ahmed yet again in their now customary manner.
"Did you see Nadia's face when she heard the (eviction)
result?" asked Jay, prompting surviving nominee Ahmed
to come back with, "About what?"
"About you staying," said Victor, joining in the
And after yet more comment from Jay on the subject, Vic performed
a classic sucking-up manoeuvre by saying to Ahmed, "I'm
glad you stayed. I thought you would. I think people out there
would like you".
So, no hidden agenda, just plain old-fashioned concern for
their fellow man and their confirmed 'friend'... my, they're
just a couple of softies these Jungle Cats, aren't they? Ahem!
