Sissy Leaves The House
Sissy Rooney, the 26-year-old fashion designer from Liverpool,
has become the third person to be evicted from the Big Brother
It was a 45% majority that resulted in Sissy's eviction, with
closest rival Fed receiving 38% of the public vote and Jon
just 17%. These figures closely mirrored those of our own
Poll, where we had 48%, 39% and 13% respectively when the
voting closed tonight.
Having packed her suitcase and straightened her hair, there
was just time for hugs all round as a nervous Sissy prepared
to go, all the while wondering if she was hated on the outside.
The whole group sang the scouse anthem 'You'll Never Walk
Alone' as the third person to leave the House disappeared
through the doors and up those famous stairs on her way to
As she got to the platform outside there was a big smile and
a wave from the ex-housemate, before she was greeted by her
family in a emotional reunion. Davina took Sissy along the
walk of shame but unlike at Justine's eviction, there was
no animosity from the crowd whatsoever:
"Siss-y, Siss-y," they chanted in support, no doubt
allaying the fears of the concerned evictee that she had become
a public hate figure.
In the studio, Davina showed Sissy that Gos, Jon, Steph and
Tania had nominated her and not Fed, Nush and Scott as she
predicted. The fiery scouser branded the former trio 'snakes'
and 'two-faced, as the audience clapped and cheered in sympathy.
Sissy told Davina that nothing had really upset her in the
house but revealed that the knew the 'Witches' were talking
about her a lot in the last few days of the game.
And, talking about Steph, Tan and to an extent Nush, the anything-if-honest
evictee mocked their inane banter by saying, "If you
want to talk make-up and change your clothes five times a
day, (then) do it".
Davina's debrief concluded by acknowledging that Sissy seemed
to cry and smoke a lot whilst in the house, but the defiant
character said that she wouldn't change a thing if she had
her chance all over again.
Well done Sissy, you've been honest and genuine and it's a
shame you couldn't have made it to at least week 6 as you'd
originally hoped-for. However, you have managed to
entertain us during your three-week stay, so, "no worries"
